In Chhattisgarh, the soldiers have thwarted a large conspiracy of Naxalites. During the search campaign, IED, a five kg cooker presser IED, has been recovered from the forest of Gattakal. Naxalites planted this IED to harm the soldiers.
In fact, Superintendent of Police Narayanpur Prabhat Kumar has been sent to different areas to find the IED in the area in view of the damage caused by the Maoists’ IED blast incident. During this time, the IED installed by the Naxalites is being recovered. In this episode, on April 15, the District Police Force, 53rd Vahini ITBP and BDS’s joint force area domination left for village Gattakal and nearby area.
During this time, 1 cooker IED of 5 kg was recovered in the forest hill route of Gattakal. Due to the vigilance of the security forces, the IED was safely defused on the spot. The said IED was engaged by the Maoists with the intention of harming security forces. In the year 2025, a total of 16 to more IEDs have been seized so far, which makes it clear that the Naxalites are trying to spread continuous violence in the area.
