Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, the state government is working with the resolution of public welfare. Our aim is to provide accessible, cheap and high quality health services to every citizen of the state. These things were said by Health and Family Welfare Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal while instructing the officials in a meeting organized in relation to strengthening and expansion of medical facilities at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Smriti Hospital, Raipur in the Ministry Nawa Raipur today. In the meeting, in the presence of senior officials of the concerned departments including the Health Department, there was a detailed discussion to make the structure and services of the hospital modern and public.
In the meeting, Minister Jaiswal directed that all medical equipment, technical resources and availability of facilities of patients should be ensured on priority. He said that departmental coordination should be strengthened in the expansion and electrification works in the hospital, so that quality results can be achieved within the stipulated time.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary of Health Department Amit Kataria, Commissioner Medical Education Kiran Kaushal, Dean of Medical College Raipur, Hospital Management Representative and other concerned officials.
