Police verification of teachers became mandatory to stop increasing cases like molestation and rape of children in Bhopal city of MP. Despite this, 95 percent private schools in the capital are where there are unknown teachers. The schools did not report about 4 thousand teachers to the District Education Department. In such a situation, the department is unaware of the teachers teaching children. There are about 1200 private schools in the capital. There is a staff of four to five thousand among them.
Police verification mandatory
After the case of raping a minor in a private school for the capital, the school education department made the police verification of teachers mandatory. The order issued a report in three days. The matter passed over a year. The teacher session also ended but the report related to police verification of staff and teachers of private schools did not reach the Education Department.
Casual inspection will be investigated
Police verification of teachers including staff in private schools is mandatory. The report of how many teachers could be verified. To check this, there will be a surprise inspection of schools and investigation will be done.
