China is going to present another sample of its engineering Marvel to the whole world soon. Actually, China is building the world’s highest bridge these days and it can also be opened this year. The bridge has been named Hua Jijiang Grand Canyon Bridge and has become a topic of discussion even before it is built. Recently, a video of the bridge has gone viral on social media, seeing that people are being forced to stop their breath. Apart from establishing contact in rural areas of the country, this bridge will also be the major tourist attraction.
According to The Metro, about $ 280 million has been spent to build this bridge. Talking about the length of the bridge, it is about one mile long and about 200 meters higher than the Eiffel Tower. The most important thing is that through the bridge, one hour route can be decided in just one minute, which people are also giving the name of miracle. At the same time, China started the construction of this bridge in just three years ago i.e. 2022 and it is also ready to open from June this year.
‘Super Project’
Giving information about this, Chinese politician Zhang Shangalin said, “This super project will present China’s engineering capabilities to the world and will promote Guizhou’s goal of becoming a world -class tourist destination.” He said that its steel structure weighs around 22,000 MT which is equal to three Eiffel towers and was installed in just two months.
At the same time, Chief Engineer Lee Jhao has said that he feels proud by being a part of it. He said, “Seeing my work taking shape, watching the bridge growing day by day and finally standing up above the valley gives me a feeling of achievement and pride.”
