Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that by setting up the brand value of Global Skill Park, all the seats should be filled here. All technical courses operated in Skill Park, their utility and employment focus on employment capacity should be conducted extensively. According to the demand of the industries existing in the state, the arrangement of skill training should be ensured and the cooperation of the private sector should also be taken in providing training to the youth. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave instructions to ensure the availability of ITI in every development block of the state. He said that activities should be conducted with coordination of local industrial units at the local level to provide training to students of ITI and Polytechnic. This will ensure the availability of employment at the local level for the youth. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave these instructions in review of the Department of Technical Education, Skills and Employment. Technical Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar, Minister of State for Skill Development and Employment (Independent Charge) Gautam Tetwal, Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajaura and other departmental officers were present in the meeting held at Samvat Bhawan (Chief Minister’s residence).
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Department of Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment has an important role in training the youth for self -employment, entrepreneurship and employment. He expressed dissatisfaction with the progress of schemes and programs operated in the department. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the results and time limit of employment programs should be conducted for the skill development of the youth and the results should be conducted for them.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that adequate employment opportunities are available for efficient persons in German and Japanese languages. He directed that proper arrangements should be made in the state for their training in all the languages ​​in which employment opportunities are more likely. He also directed to ensure effective arrangements to provide practical training to the youth by connecting technically efficient universities and private sector industrial units. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that this will provide efficient and efficient human resources to the industries of the state according to their requirement and the youth will get employment at the local level. The meeting also reviewed the Skill Development Policy, Employment offices and the merger of skill development, the beginning of the Shruti program for the identity of local and traditional methods.
