Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said that the university is a factory to build great men and teachers are skilled artisans of these institutions. Referring to the quotation of Rabindranath Tagore, he said that the purpose of education should not only get a degree, but the overall development of personality. Deputy Chief Minister Shukla presented the degree to the students at the third convocation of Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal and greeted a bright future.

Deputy Chief Minister Shukla said that use his knowledge in the upliftment of society. Not only personal success, participation in the development of society and country is also necessary. Deputy Chief Minister Shukla said that the real work starts only after reaching the big post. Try to bring positive changes in the society with your contribution.

Referring to the rapid development of the nation under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Deputy Chief Minister Shukla said that the country is making unprecedented progress in the field of infrastructure, economic prosperity, and education. He reiterated the resolve to make India a world guru by 2047 and said that three columns of ‘skill, scale and speed’ are being worked. He quoted the statement of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and said that “wealth will have to be removed from the earth”- the new era is starting in the agriculture sector through the ‘River Combination Project’, giving this ideology embodied.

Deputy Chief Minister Shukla said that today the youth have many development opportunities. Take advantage of these opportunities. He called upon the youth to stay away from social evils like intoxication and use their energy properly for the welfare of themselves, society, country and world. He said that the society is looking at the youth with hopeful terms and the youth will have to live up to this trust.

Deputy Chief Minister Shukla also released the 41st edition of the book “Computer Ek Introduction” of Rabindranath Tagore University. Santosh Chaubey, Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University, Kulguru Dr. R.P. Many distinguished citizens, teachers and students were present, including Dubey, senior aerospace scientist Radhakant Padhi of ISRO.
