The e-office system will be implemented in Bhopal Collector Office from May 1. Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh gave instructions in this regard. A weekly review meeting of the time-limit letters was held in the Collectorate Hall on Monday under the chairmanship of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh. In the meeting, all the departmental officers were directed to prepare an e-office setup to their office. From May 1, 2025, work will be conducted by the Collector Office under the e-office. The hard copy of any file will not be accepted.
Instructions for strict action on illegal colonies
In the meeting, all the SDMs were instructed to ensure fire audit of coaching institutes, hospitals, hotels, firecrackers shops and other institutions under their respective areas. Also, instructions were given to speed up the work of linking the overall ID in the district with Aadhaar. Along with this, instructions were also given to complete the work of Farmer Registry ROR Linking under Revenue Campaign soon. Collector Singh instructed all SDMs to take strict action on illegal mining and illegal colonies. Along with this, all the ADMs were ordered to inspect the SDM Court and SDM to inspect the Tehsildar Court.
Asked to review complaints daily
In the TL meeting, the Collector, while reviewing the CM Helpline, expressed displeasure and directed to resolve the complaints by reviewing the CM helpline complaints more than 50 days daily. Taking seriously the preservation and promotion of river, ponds, water structures of the district through public participation under the Jal Ganga Promotion Campaign, he instructed to prepare a plan of one month of all the concerned departments.
