Raipur
In Chhattisgarh, the countdown has started regarding the expansion of Sai cabinet. According to the news coming from inside, three new ministers can be included in the government this week. Under the Haryana formula, the way has been cleared for 14 ministers in the state. BJP’s National Co -Organization Minister Shiv Prakash and state in -charge Nitin Nabin are proposed on April 8 to Raipur. This is their first visit to the corporation, divisions, commissions and boards. There will be a big meeting in the BJP state office on 9 April, in which there is talk of organizational advice to the leaders appointed in the Corporation, Divisional, Commission and Board. There is also a discussion beyond all this that the final seal will be put on the cabinet expansion.
Sources reveal that if everything remains favorable, then soon new ministers will be administered oath. There are 11 ministers including the Chief Minister in the government. A post was vacant since Brijmohan Agrawal became an MP. In this context, 2 ministers have been considered vacant, but after the implementation of Haryana formula, an additional minister will increase in the state. In this sense, the total number of cabinet will be 14.
Who among the possible names?
In the discussion of possible cabinet expansion, Gajendra Yadav, MLA from Durg city coming from the RSS background, is scheduled to be made a minister. It is said that there is pressure from the Sangh to make him a minister. There is news of lobbying his name from the Sangh. At the same time, in order to help the Yadav society, he has been advocated to give him a place in the cabinet. Apart from this, the name of Amar Aggarwal is being taken prominently. Organization sources say that his name is almost certain. Amar Aggarwal, who has been a minister for 14 years, is identified for the result oriented work. Amar Aggarwal, who believed in working separately from the crowd, made an excise policy in the previous Raman government. The liquor sales contract system was abolished. This decision led to an unprecedented increase in excise revenue. Amar Aggarwal has been the only face in the country, who was the most involved in the GST Council as a member.
Apart from Amar Aggarwal, there are indications of being made a minister from Raipur division. Tankaram Verma from Raipur division is currently included in the cabinet as a minister. Amidst the equation of being made a minister from the capital, the discussions on the name of Purandar Mishra have intensified, but Vijay Sharma from the Brahmin class is already included as Deputy Chief Minister in the government. If the issue of caste equation arises, then there may be a hindrance in his becoming a minister. There is no representation of Vaishya Samaj as a minister in Sai government at this time. If the discussion on this equation arises in power and organization, then in such a situation, Rajesh Munat, MLA from Raipur West, can win.
There is also news of discussion in the name of Kurud MLA Ajay Chandrakar. Political experts say that the newly formed team in Sai government is not in favor of any old faces. This has been the biggest duality in expanding the cabinet. A top leader of the organization says that the Lok Sabha elections or the urban body and the panchayat elections have come in favor of the BJP. The strategists of these elections were the new faces of the new team of the government. Through these results, a message has also been given to the BJP high command that the new team is working with strength. However, there has been a stir in the inside of the cabinet expansion. The government is going to implement the expansion soon.
