Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the new criminal law made keeping in mind the current challenges is a historic step towards making the Indian justice system more democratic. It is necessary for all to deliver information about these laws and new procedures made aimed at ensuring more accessible, supportive and efficient justice system. In all institutions associated with justice system, ensuring the updated system, awareness activities about new criminal laws should be conducted to make the public aware of new sections and procedures as soon as possible. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave these instructions during the review of new criminal laws. In the meeting held in the ministry, Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajaura, Additional Chief Secretary Home J.N. Consotia, Director General of Police Kailash Makwana and other senior officials were present.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that training should be ensured between police, jail, prosecution, judicial and forensic personnel. Better coordination is necessary in all stakeholders at every level. The required arrangements at each level, the availability of equipment and material resources should be ensured on a priority basis. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the revenue of revenue with the police should also be vigilant and cautious to control the crimes related to immovable property, as well as mutual coordination between the two departments. Special awareness should be taken in areas including urban areas of the state in which land rates are increasing rapidly.

It was informed at the meeting that new dashboard is available for invoices during the time period. The process of e-evidence has also been started. Justice software has been prepared for video conferencing to police stations and sound proof rooms are being identified in police stations and control rooms. Activities under online summons/warrant modules are in progress. In the last three months, more than 50 percent of the warrant was served electronically. Sales have been formed in all districts for their monitoring. Tablets and live scanners are being made available to the police stations for digital investigation. The meeting also informed about the initiative taken for awareness about cyber crimes like digital fraud, data theft.
