Chinese tech company Xiaomi’s next generation flip phone has recently been seen on the 3C database. The model number 2505APX7BC and 2505APX7BG of this phone is visible here. The first model in this is for China, while the second model Mix Flip 2 is considered a global version. There is not much details in this certification, but it has definitely been reported that Mix Flip 2 has a MDY-15-EQ power brick, which supports 67W wired fast charging.

In February 2025, a tipster leaked several important specifications of this new Xiaomi flagship Flip phone. It was said that Mix Flip 2 will have Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Also, the company can also bring some major changes in its cover display. This device can be given an IPX8 rating which will make it a water-resistant. Apart from this, it may also include a 5,050mAh battery and 50W wireless fast charging support.
120Hz refresh rate meets with OLED display
Talking about the camera, the Mix Flip 2 is expected to get a dual camera setup at the back, which will have a 50MP main camera with OIS support and a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens. Other special features include a 6.85 -inch Ltpo foldable OLED display, which will have a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It will also have NFC support, slim 7.6mm body, and side mounted fingerprint scanner. Although Xiaomi has not yet officially announced the launch date of Mix Flip 2, it is expected that it will be introduced in the market in the second quarter of 2025.

Last year, Xiaomi launched the fold and flip in the market. The report claimed that the company is currently planning to confine the fold to the Chinese market. While this is not the case with Flip.
