The State Health Authority will prepare its own portal to overcome the problems of patients under the Ayushman scheme. Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat has given its instructions. During this time, in view of the problems faced in the operation of the scheme due to the portal, a separate portal was asked to be prepared at the state level.

There is no problem in approval and claim
Dr. Rawat said that such a system should be made that there should be no problem in the approval and claim etc. of the treatment of patients. Along with this, he emphasized the frugality in the plan. He said that Ayushman is a major plan and millions of people are associated with it. In such a situation, people should not have any kind of trouble. During this period, Health Secretary Dr. R Rajesh Kumar, Authority President Arvind Singh Hyanki, Chief Executive Officer Reena Joshi, Director Finance Abhishek Anand, Director Administration Dr. Vinod Tolia, Additional Director Administration Atul Joshi, Additional Director IT Amit Sharma and officials of employees/pensioners organizations were also present.

Minister does not agree on insurance mode
The Health Minister also discussed the measures being taken to overcome the lack of budget coming in the State Government Health Scheme run for government employees. Officials said that a proposal has been made by conducting comparative studies of insurance and trust mode. Due to more expenditure than the contribution of employees and pensioners, there is a problem in the uninterrupted operation of the scheme. Some hospitals have expressed their inability to serve.

A letter has also been written to the government regarding gap funding in SGHS. On which the departmental minister said that a solution to this problem will be held with the Finance Department at the government level. On the discussion of giving Ayushman scheme on insurance mode, he said that in most states, Ayushman scheme is being operated on trust mode itself. Those who are running in insurance mode are also talking about coming to the trust.

Missed pensioner will get the benefit of golden card
About 30 thousand pensioners of Uttarakhand will be given the option to join this scheme again. These are the pensioners who were separated from the plan in the past. There has been a demand to give them an option to join the scheme for a long time.

On the demand of employee organizations, the Health Minister has also spoken of early action on listing diagnostic lab and chemist like OPD service under the State Government Health Scheme. At the same time, once a year, he also agreed to demand preventable health checkup.

App will be ready for the help of employees
An app will be prepared for the convenience of all personnel and pensioners covered by the State Government Health Scheme. In which there will be a details of the hospital, the hospitalized hospital, the condition of the beds, etc. listed under the scheme. Apart from this, a separate registration counter, simplification of recruitment process etc. was also taken for golden card holders.
