A case of cheating of millions has come to light from the unemployed by pretending to get a job in the ministry in the judiciary of Chhattisgarh. The accused cheated more than 10 lakh rupees from more than 10 youths claiming access to the ministry. When the victims of the fraud asked for the money back when they did not get a job even after waiting for many years, the accused started deferring. On the complaint of the victims, the police have registered a case of cheating against the accused football instructor Javed Khan and started investigation. The case is of the Civil Line Police Station area.

Gave a government job

According to the police, Deepak Rajput, a resident of Nigarband in Takhatpur area, who was studying in Nehru Nagar, was preparing for the district police recruitment from 2021-22. During physical training, he met Javed Khan, who described himself as a football player and an employee of the Sports Department, Ministry Raipur.

Greed for such a job

In October 2021, Javed Khan assured more than 10 youths like Anish Rajput, Suraj Rajput, Pratap Rajput, Jagmeet Singh Khalsa, Harshvardhan Thakur, Shilpa Thakur, Avinash Sahu, Shyamu Kashyap, including Deepak, that he could get a government job in the ministry Raipur. He also claimed that he had got 15-20 people jobs so far.

Javed called the youth home and said that if they want a government job, then some money will have to be paid. He promised to give checks in exchange for advance payment. He asked the youth to give 50% amount advance and the remaining 50% after getting the job.

Necessary documents for 10-12th marksheet

Deepak Rajput gave Rs 5 lakh to Javed in cash between December 2021 to February 2022. Apart from this, other youth also gave lakhs of rupees to the accused in the greed of government jobs. Javed got everyone signed the 10th-12th marks list, caste certificate, residence certificate, employment registration, Aadhaar card, photo and blank paper.

No job even after three years, then realized

The youth waited for years to get a job, but when no response was received, they asked for money back. The accused Javed Khan started making excuses and refused to return the money. When the victims realized that they had fallen victim to cheating, they lodged a complaint at the Civil Line police station.

Police registered a case

On the complaint of the victims, the police have registered a case of cheating against the accused Javed Khan and started investigation. The police is also investigating whether anyone else was involved in this fraud.
