Fagrawada: Nursing students of these colleges will not be able to sit in the exam, High Court clarified

In the case of nursing forgery, the High Court has clarified that students of colleges where students were not found in the CBI investigation will not be eligible to appear in the examination. The Special Bench of High Court Justice Sanjay Dwivedi and Justice Achal Kumar Paliwal ordered the students of ineligible colleges to be transferred to eligible colleges within 30 days.

Students admitted to colleges in CBI investigation
In the PIL of Law Students Association President Vishal Baghel, the original files of recognition and affiliation of ineligible institutions were presented by the government today in compliance with the High Court order. On which the High Court has ordered the petitioner to observe all the files and submit its report. In which it has to be comparatively stated that the colleges who were found ineligible in the CBI investigation, under what circumstances and which deficiencies were given permission by the inspecting officers.

Accused of entry on back date
The petitioner submitted the application to the High Court that admission was not found in several colleges during the CBI investigation. But in view of the future, as soon as the students were allowed to appear in the examination, efforts are being made to sit in the examination by showing admission in united colleges. Taking this seriously, the High Court clarified that the colleges where the students were nominated during the CBI investigation will be allowed to appear in the examination. Enrollment of students will be made on the same report and if required, the government will be able to carry forward the examination process.
