Case reached the collector – On Monday, Dindori resident applicant Shailesh Mishra handed over a complaint letter to the office collector Dindori, it is prayed to Collector Dindori that till the decision is taken from the court, it has been demanded to check the entire matter and take action.
Court case is in circulation – Applicant Shailesh Mishra has clearly mentioned in the letter that measles number 136/13/6 area is about 4 decimals, which Naresh Mishra’s father self. Jagat is recorded in the revenue records in the name of Narayan Mishra. And the said land is shown to be a commercial purpose in the revenue records and the land is located on the main road, which is operated by the business, which is under consideration in the District Sessions Court Dindori due to the flawed butt. The then officer rejected – Applicant Shailesh Mishra has also mentioned in the letter that Naresh Mishra wants to take advantage of the opportunity and sell the land, and the application was submitted to the then Sub -Divisional Officer Revenue for the sale permission by Naresh Mishra, in which the then subdivisional officer had stopped the sale permission after observing all the facts.
Question on the role of revenue officer –In the letter submitted to Collector Dindori, Shailesh has also questioned the order passed by questioning the role of sub -divisional officer revenue, according to Shailesh, according to Shailesh, it is not appropriate to convert a shop in the said land and to operate business around it, whose area is only 4 dismissals.
File stuck in registration office Through the letter, Shailesh has also informed that taking advantage of the order of revenue of the subdivisional officer, the said land has been submitted to the Deputy Registrar Office on 29/03/25, in connection with Naresh Mishra Brokers and Service Provider, where the registration work has been stopped by the Deputy Registrar.
However, when we contacted the subdivisional officer Revenue Dindori on his phone in this regard, he did not receive the phone.
They say –
Provision of inspection is DR, our job is to work on the basis of photos on the basis of stories. Their registration has not been done yet, nor has the land recorded in measles. Therefore, there cannot be a registry.
