The incident occurred near the FSB Gupta Service Headquarters in Lubyanka. The price of this car is 275,000 pounds. A video of the fire in the limousine car is also going viral online. The clip shows that the fire engulfs the engine and then spreads throughout the interior of the vehicle. The vehicle is managed by the President’s Property Department, which takes care of the transport of the President. However, it is not yet known whether there was anyone inside the car when the explosion took place.
