Bhopal sells 80 tonnes of meat every day

It is noteworthy that 80 tonnes of meat is sold daily in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. This includes 40 tons of mutton, 20 tonnes of buffalo meat and 20 tons of chicken. Meat is sold at about 500 shops in Bhopal city. There are more than 70 shops that do not have any license. There is no registration or misconduct of any kind. Under the patronage of the local officials of the municipal corporation, illegal trade of meat is done at these shops.
