A surprising case has come to light in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. Here, a fake company of crores of business has been found in Delhi in the name of an egg vendor of Patharia Nagar. The turnover of this company is more than Rs 50 crore and it owes 6 crore GST. The Income Tax Department has sent a notice to the egg seller in this case and asked for a bank statement and other documents, due to which his entire family is in shock.
According to the information, Prince Suman, a resident of Patharia Nagar, runs a livelihood by putting an egg cart. In his name, a company named Prince Enterprises was found registered in Delhi, which did a business of about Rs 50 crore from 2022 to 2024. This company was trading leather, wood and iron, but it did not pay GST. Due to this, the Income Tax Department has now sent a notice of Rs 6 crore to Prince Suman.
Prince Suman told that he never went to Delhi and had only gone to Indore to work. He did not give his PAN card or Aadhaar card to anyone, yet a fake company was made in his name. After receiving the notice of the Income Tax Department, his entire family is under the shadow of fear.
Prince’s father Sridhar Suman runs a small grocery shop, he has pleaded for justice by applying to the SP in this matter. Advocate Abhilash Khare said that after getting information about this case, he has corresponded to the Income Tax Department and lodged a complaint with the police, so that this fraud can be exposed.
