Shariful Islam Shahzad, accused of a knife attack on Khan Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, has filed a petition for bail in the Mumbai session court. In the petition filed, the accused has said that he has not committed any crime. The case against him is completely integrated. The case of attack on the actor is currently going on in the Bandra Magistrate Court.
I am fully cooperated in investigation, no charge sheet has been filed
Accused Shariful Islam said in the petition that he is fully supporting the investigation. The police has not yet filed a charge sheet in this case. After the charge sheet is filed, the matter will go to the Mumbai Sessions Court. As part of the legal process, this case comes under the Mumbai Sessions Court. The accused has said that wrong FIR has been registered on him and has nothing to do with it.
Actor was attacked after entering the balcony
On the night of 16 January, Saif Ali Khan was attacked in his high security house. The attack was carried out by infiltrating the house. Saif heard an unknown voice in his house at around 2 pm. When he went and saw, the accused was scrambling with his female staff. Saif tried to intervene, but the attacker also attacked Saif. Both Saif and the woman were injured in this attack.
Shariful entered the house to steal
According to the police, Saif’s house had entered to steal Shariful. He attacked Saif for fear of being caught. In the attack, he used blades and wood by making weapons. According to the report, Saif stabbed Saif 6 times. In which he was seriously injured. He was immediately rushed to the hospital where doctors underwent surgery by doctors. He was discharged on 21 January after staying in the hospital for 5 days.
