Bhopal
This time in MP, there is a preparation to increase the rates of 8 to 10 percent on an average in the new collector guideline. On an average, 14% in Bhopal and the proposal to increase the rates up to 30% in Indore has been sent to the Central Assessment Board. After getting approval in the board meeting, the new guideline will be implemented from April 1. The guidelines of 2024–25 were also increased on an average 7%. While the guideline is increasing, neither objections are being called nor any change has been made for years on the provisions that are invisible in an invisible manner. Due to this, the registry of agricultural land is doubled and the registry of the flat has been expensive by one and a half times (Expected Property in MP). The stamp duty is the highest in the state.
Supreme Court said- guidelines should be decided in scientific manner
Supreme Court while hearing in MP Road Development Corporation vs. Vincent Daniel episode on Friday said, “Circle or guideline rates should be decided by scientific, expert-based and reflecting the actual market price.” It should not be artificially increased.
– Credai Bhopal President Manoj Meek said, Credai has been saying this for years. This comment of the apex court is a legal confirmation of our demand. Should improve.
Registry is getting expensive
Registry is becoming expensive with the increase in guidelines and applied provisions. We object every time, there is no hearing. Government should increase rates in a scientific manner.
Dheresh Khare, State President Credai
