Saif Ali Khan’s upcoming thriller ‘Jewel Thef’ is set for release on Netflix. The film was excited to work with actor Jaideep Ahlawat and producer-director Siddharth Anand. Saif said that his experience of working with him was great.
The film stars Saif in the role of a thug. He told that producer Siddharth Anand has a special way to present the story and that is why he is very excited. Saif said, “Working again with Siddharth Anand gives enthusiasm and happiness – he knows how to blend action, style and story in a way and it is special. We have done a very different and great job with ‘Jewel Thef’, which also enjoyed it.”
Saif said that Jaideep further enhanced the thrill in the project. Expressing the enthusiasm of sharing the screen with actor Jaideep Ahlawat, Saif said, “Jaideep made the experience even more exciting. I am excited about the release of this film on Netflix.”
Jaideep, who is playing the role of a mafia in the film, said, “This is a film that is interesting, challenging and exciting. It is an experience of going to a new universe, with people who are as excited to give the best as you wanted to be a part of such a film related to the world of Mafia. What can we do with the best co-co-operatives and Siddharth Anand-like, we can do better? Ki, the teamwork itself determines how a film is alive. ”
The actor said about his character, “All I can say about my character in the film is that it is a new, deep and a character for me, which is completely new to me. As an artist, we were all so much in our work and helped to improve each other and it could make the story better. I want the audience to see the audience ‘Jewel Thef’ and have a great experience.”
Ruchika Kapoor Sheikh, director of Netflix India’s original Films, expressed his curiosity, saying, “Jewel Thef: The Heest Beins is an adrenaline-fuel film by Siddharth Anand.” Directed by Kukuki Gulati and Robbie Grewal, the film also stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Kunal Kapoor and Nikita Dutta in the lead roles. The film will stream on Netflix from 25 April.
