The state government has taken several decisions to make government processes more simple, accessible and transparent through technical empowerment. In this episode, it has been decided that the registry offices in all the districts will now be open even during holidays, so that there are no difficulties in the work of the public.
Strict instructions of Finance Minister
Following the instructions of State Government Minister OP Chaudhary, Inspector General Registration and Stamp Pushpendra Kumar Meena have written a letter to the collectors of all the districts on Monday. It is said in the letter that the registry offices will be open even during the holidays in the month of March. The letter states that all the registry offices will be open on 25, 29, 30 and 31 March on the public holidays of March, so that there is no inconvenience to the common citizens.
Appointment will be available till 7 pm
Apart from this, the appointment time for the registry for the convenience of citizens has been increased from 5 pm to 7 pm. The server was temporarily down due to technical problems in the software NGDRS of the Registry Department, which disrupted the registry work for some time. The software is operated by the National Informatics Center (NIC), Pune.
Server started after 6 pm
As soon as the server was reported to be down, the process of immediate improvement was started by coordinating with the technical team of NIC Pune and NIC Raipur. By 6 pm, the server started working smoothly and the registry work was started. Further, there is a continuous technical coordination with NIC to ensure that no such technical problem arises.
