The Chief Minister Ladli Bahna Yojana is updated for 1.27 crore Ladli sisters. When will the new registration for the scheme start? When will the amount be increased? On this question asked by the opposition in the Assembly, Women and Child Development Minister Nirmala Bhuria replied that at present there is no proposal at the department level to increase the amount of Ladli Bahna scheme and add the names of new Ladli sisters.
The minister further said that till now the names of 15,748 women have been removed after their death, while the names of 3,19,991 women who have completed 60 years have been removed from the portal automatically. However, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has announced several times to increase the amount from Rs 1250 to Rs 3 thousand. Congress MLA Pratap Grewal had questioned in the Assembly whether the government will start new registration again and when the promise of giving ₹ 3,000 will be fulfilled? The minister has given this answer to this.
On March 8 Saturday, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, CM Mohan Yadav has transferred an amount of 1552.73 crore of the 22nd installment in the account of 1.27 crore sisters and Rs 55.95 crore for the refilling cylinder in the account of 26 lakh sisters. Now the 23rd installment will be released in April. Under this, 1250 rupees will be sent to the account of 1.27 crore Ladli sisters. Although many times, money is sent ahead of time on festivals and special occasion. Now it is to be seen when the next amount will come this time.
1250 rupees every month in Ladli Bahna Yojana
The Ladli Bahna Yojana was launched by the previous Shivraj Singh Chauhan government in May 2023. The main objective of the Ladli Bahna Yojana is to empower the women of Madhya Pradesh financially and improve their lives.
Now under this scheme, women get Rs 15,000 annually at Rs 1250 per month.
Under this scheme, it was decided to give Rs 1000 to married women aged 21 to 60 years and then its first installment was released on June 10.
After this, the amount on Rakshabandhan 2023 was increased to Rs 1250.
A total of 22 installments of monthly financial assistance amount have been transferred to Ladli sisters from June 2023 to March 2025.
An amount of 22 thousand 227.89 crore has been released in the account of Ladli sisters from January 2024 to February 2025.
Apart from this, special financial assistance of Rs 250 was also transferred to the beneficiary women in the month of August 2023 and 2024 (total 2 times).
These dear sisters get the benefit of the scheme
All the married women (including widow, divorce and abandoned) are considered eligible for application in 2023 after 1 January 1963 but till 1 January 2000, but till January 1, 2000.
There should be no taxpayer in women, themselves or their family. The annual income of the family should be Rs 2.5 lakh.
If there is a joint family, then there is no more than 5 acres of land, no person in the family does a government job. There is no tractor, four -wheeler on the house.
If a woman is under 60 years of age and is already receiving less than Rs 1250 per month under any other social security pension scheme, then the woman will also be given an amount of up to Rs 1250.
Married women also include widows, and divorced women. The age of 21 years should be completed on January 1 that year and the maximum age should be less than 60 years.
Whose family member is taking advantage of the current or ex -lawmaker, MLA or a government post, women of that family will not be eligible for Ladli Bahna Yojana.
If the woman’s husband does not have eligibility to get benefits under the government scheme.
