Emphasis on digitization to simplify the process of judicial system in Madhya Pradesh, how is this unique campaign

In order to speed up the judicial system in Madhya Pradesh, initiative has been taken to make transparent. In this work, coordination will be established between the police department as well as the medical, court, prosecution and jail. All these departments will exchange information and documents through digital platforms. DGP Kailash Makwana has started this initiative. For this, Dewas district has been selected as a pilot district.
The concerned departments together will simplify the process

The purpose of this campaign is to simplify all the procedures coming in the route from FIR to final decision with the coordination of all departments. The judicial system will be intensified by connecting the concerned departments through integrated digital platform. In this regard, a workshop was organized in Dewas. In this, Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court Sanjeev S.K. Kalgaonkar, ADG SCRB Chanchal Shekhar was churned in the workshop in the main hospitality.
Training to concerned departmental officers

Explain that under the pilot project, Dewas is the first district in the state where maximum disciples will be provided with tablets, which will make their functioning more strong, transparent and skilled. Under this digital integration, summons and warrants, bell applications modules will be expedited. For this, training is being given to departmental officers. Under the scheme, a plan has been prepared to train policemen, doctors, FSL officials, prosecution advocates and disciples. Principal District and Sessions Judge Ajay Kumar Mishra, ADG Ujjain Umesh Joga, DIG Ujjain Navneet Bhasin, Collector Dewas Rituraj Singh etc. were present in this workshop organized in Dewas.

Summons and warrants will also be served online

Dewas Superintendent of Police Puneet Gehlod gave detailed information about this project. He told that now all the pillars of the judicial system will join each other on a shared digital platform, which will bring transparency, speed and ease in the process. MLC, FSL report is to be exchanged after crime registration under the pilot project. Along with this, all the summons and warrants issued by the court will also be served online.
