The Board of Secondary Education (Mashim) has taken a lot of strictness this time in the checking of the 10th and 12th board exams on time to release the results on time. Many evaluals are not reaching the coordinator center from time to time. According to the prescribed rule, each teacher has to evaluate at least 30 answer books every day, but it is not being done.
For this reason, the Mandal has made arrangements to record the presence of the assessors online this time. A software has been prepared for this, which will be near all coordinator centers. First of all, teachers will have to register attendance online. For this, the Mandal has issued instructions to all coordinator centers to arrange a computer system and an operator. From March 24, all evaluators will have to enter attendance online. Explain that about 40 thousand teachers have been deployed to evaluate 90 lakh answer books of 17 lakh students of 10th and 12th.
Number of land books also online
The Mandal has directed that every evaluationist will first register the time for his arrival by registering it in his ID system through the said link at the designated place at the assessment center. Similarly, before leaving, each evaluator will then register time for the exit time from the ID online. Also, how many answer books were evaluated in a day. Its number will also have to be recorded. It has also been directed that if an evaluation does not register an online attendance, he will be validated that day.
Evaluation of second phase starts
The evaluation work of the second phase has started from Saturday. Evaluation work is being conducted from 10.30 am to 5:30 pm. At the same time, the evaluation work of the third phase will start from 31 March. A target has been set to complete the evaluation by the last week of April. This time the result is likely to be declared in the second week of May.
Prepare software
