CM Sai will end the original root of corruption, e-office system will start from April 1

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said in the assembly during the discussion on the demands of grant of his departments that his government is running on the policy of zero tolerance of corruption.

He announced that the e-office system would be applicable from April 1 to eliminate the original root manual file system of corruption. There is a provision of Rs 22 crore 67 lakh in the budget for e-office. Now the files will run on the computer and they will be settled within the stipulated time.

Targeting Congress
The Chief Minister said that the improvement in revenue of the Excise Department is an example that the money which used to be corruption in the previous government, is now being seen in public welfare. Excise revenue in the year 2019-20 was 4,952.79 crore, which has increased to Rs 9,573 crore in the year 2024-25.

We made all the process of all types of licenses online under the Is of Doing Business. All types of liquor permits were also made online, so that tax could not be stolen. Our government re-implemented the process of buying and selling the wholesale of foreign liquor by Chhattisgarh State Beverages Corporation Limited.

This led to the end of the mediators in the supply of foreign liquor. After the formation of our government, we decided that the hologram should be obtained directly from the government printing to keep any kind of irregularity in relation to the hologram.

The budget that has developed Chhattisgarh has been introduced
425 new posts have been approved for 33 district level flight of the department, for which a budget of 19 crores has been kept. The state government is moving forward with the concept of development of every class by increasing innovations. We have presented the budget to move the progress of Chhattisgarh and to make developing Chhattisgarh developed Chhattisgarh.

We have given top priority to the works of public welfare and development in all the departments under us and have provided more amount this year than last year. For the financial year 2025-26 in the House, a grant demand of Rs 19,643 crore 78 lakh 42 thousand was passed by the sound.

MLAs of the party and opposition participated in this discussion. The Chief Minister said that when your mind is true and sensitivity, only then such schemes are made which gives real improvement in the life of the general public. Our resolve is firm, intentions are elevated and the goal is clear.

There will be an unprecedented increase in the development of education.
Will increase self -employment through animal husbandry.
The budget of the Department of Culture was increased.
There will be development of tribal culture and art.
Modern technology will increase income in fisheries.
Emphasis on rural development with village industry and handicrafts.
Chhattisgarh will become Global Destination in tourism, a provision of 222 crores.
Religious trusts, religious and cultural connectivity schemes will be strong.
Increase in honor of journalists, special budget for promoting tourism-mass culture.

Chhattisgarh will emerge on global tourism map
An amount of Rs 40 crore has been kept in the budget for expanding and operation of aviation services to provide global identity to the beautiful culture and natural environment of the state and to provide cheap airlines to the citizens of the state.

For the maintenance of Jagdalpur, Bilaspur and Ambikapur Airport, 10 crore has been provided for the facility of night landing equipment in Bilaspur Airport.

Chhattisgarh moves from knowledge to speed
Sai said that his government’s first budget was dedicated to ‘Gyan’ i.e. poor, youth, Annadata and women power. This year’s budget is based on ‘speed for knowledge’, which means good governance, excellent infrastructure, technology and industrial growth.

Transport & Rural Bus Scheme
Sai said that the public is committed to providing easy services related to transport. A total budget of Rs 209 crore 50 lakh has been kept for the Transport Department. Rural bus service will be started to ensure ‘Last Mile Connectivity’ in the state where there is no traffic facility.
