During the seventeenth and last day of the budget session of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, MLA Dharmajit Singh and Rajesh Munat raised the matter of allotment of land in the capital to new MLAs. The final decision is yet to be done for the allocation.
MLA Dharmajit Singh raised the subject and said that new MLAs do not have a system to stay in the capital. Minister Tankaram Verma said that the matter is in the knowledge of Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kedar Kashyap and Chairman Dr. Raman Singh. We will soon take action in this matter.
MLA Umesh Patel raised the matter of land acquisition and compensation in NH 200 of Raigad district? He said that in the last reply, 820.783 hectares came. The same question, a minister is also one. But the answer is wrong 3 times, so finally which answer is considered correct?
Revenue Minister Takram Verma said that a total of 141.23 hectares of private land in Raigad district has been earned in total. The MLA said that before this 141.5, it is again different answers, what is the correct answer? 820 and 143 land = is the difference of uneven? On this, the minister said that I check why there was a difference between both the information. On this, the MLA said that this is happening continuously. Take action against the officers for giving different answers to the assembly continuously?

On this, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charan Das Mahant said that the difference that is coming is a big difference. There is a difference of 820 directly. The MLA said that the survey of NH 200 was under some other direction. The new survey changed the direction, but by when will the untouchable of the old survey be removed? The minister said that the construction was banned before the start. Do not have to earn new construction land right now, so it has been banned? The MLA questioned how long it would be released? MLA Umesh Patel said that there are many such lands which have not received compensation. The land has not been affected, but compensation of 2 crores remains. If this is a mistake, will he take action against the officer for recovery? The MLA said that a compensation of 2 crores has been given from the officials to sixty. Did the officer take action? The minister said that we will file a complaint.
