This entire ruckus took place by DMK MPs (MPS) wearing T-shirts with special slogans. In these t -shirts, DMK MPs wrote a slogan, on which the speaker objected. At the same time, NDA MPs including BJP also created a lot of uproar. The slogan written in T-shirts was- Tamil Nadu will fight, Tamil Nadu will win, be justice in delimitation.
Speaker Om Birla expressed strict objections when MPs arrived wearing a t -shirt written by the MPs. He said that some members are not following the dignity and dignity of the House. Doing so is an open violation of the dignity of Parliament. He said that before doing such acts, MPs should read the Rule 349 of Parliament.
Speaker Birla told DMK MPs, ‘If you come wearing a t -shirt written slogans, the house will not go on. If you come down these t -shirts, then the House will run. ‘ Most of the MPs who were wearing a t -shirt belonged to DMK. He said that Tamil Nadu may suffer damage in the upcoming delimitation. Therefore, we are already warning that no such injustice should be done.
Due to the uproar, the speaker first postponed the functioning of the House till 12 noon. The proceedings were then adjourned till 2 pm. Finally the session had to be postponed for the whole day. Let us know that MK Stalin is a constant attacker regarding the delimitation of Lok Sabha seats. He says that according to the new census, if there is delimitation, then the Lok Sabha seats in Tamil Nadu will remain 31 instead of 39. Similarly, he is also showing fear of seats to Kerala, Andhra, Telangana and Karnataka. Leaders like Stalin and Siddaramaiah say that the delimitation of Lok Sabha seats should remain according to the 1971 census.
