These young representatives of Bijapur, who arrived on an academic tour under the state’s ‘Swami Vivekananda Yuva Incentive Scheme’, united in front of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and expressed their intention – “We want to see our village, district and state free from Naxalism and make our future bright by joining the mainstream of development.”

On this historic occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai appreciated this strong will of the youth and said, “Your resolve is our resolve. If the youth of the region are determined, then with the help of all of us, we will soon end the darkness of Naxalism and take Chhattisgarh to new heights of prosperity and development.”

New light of development from ‘Nayed Nella Nar Yojana’

Chief Minister Sai assured the youth that the state government is working fast to provide basic facilities to their villages through ‘Nayed Nella Nar Yojana’. He said that the Naxalite scope is being reduced due to the increasing reach of administration in security camps and remote areas, which is now giving new pace to development.

Chief Minister Sai recently referred to the important discussion with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah during his stay in Delhi and said that the central government is also fully committed to the development of Bijapur and other areas of Bastar division. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are constantly monitoring the situation in remote areas of the state and are regularly reviewing the development works happening there.

Chief Minister Sai assured the youth that plans are in the government’s priority to install mobile towers in their villages, make paved roads, provide electricity to every house and expand transport facilities. He said that fast work is being done in this direction so that the villagers of far zone can also get the benefit of urban facilities.

Historical days for the youth of Bijapur – Assembly and Rajdhani’s experience

For hundreds of youth from different villages of Bijapur district, this day was no less than a historical experience. During this educational tour held in the capital Raipur, he visited the railway station, Chhattisgarh Assembly and Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram.

During his arrival in the capital, the youth visited the assembly premises and saw the proceedings of the House sitting in the audience gallery. For the first time, he was thrilled to see the debate and policy discussions of the public representatives from this platform of democracy.

During this, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, MLA Dharma Kaushik, Anuj Sharma and Sulata Usendi also met the youth and discussed.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma took detailed information from the youth about the condition of his village and assured them that the state government is fully committed to provide all the necessary facilities like paved roads, electricity, pure drinking water, ration, medical and housing in your villages.

Chief Minister Sai gave a message to the youth on the occasion that education is the core of development. When the youth move in the right direction, no strength can disrupt the development of the field. He said that the younger generation of Chhattisgarh is now ready for change.
