The Municipal Corporation is going to give in private hands to 25 shops built in five major properties of the city with prime location in Gwalior city. The corporation will lease the shops built on these properties for 30 years. Corporation officials said that by leasing these properties, revenue of more than five crore rupees is expected to come to the account of the corporation.
Deputy Commissioner Revenue Sunil Chauhan informed that the last date for tender on behalf of the corporation has been fixed on 24 March 2025 to lease these shops of Municipal Corporation ownership. For this, people wishing to take a shop can get the corporation’s website or the revenue room number 6 located at the Municipal Corporation City Center.
These shops will be given lease
-Shops located near Gajararaja School have a shop on the first floor, 13.78 square meters, 8 shops on the second floor from 13.78 square meters to 17.94 square meters.
Shops located at Sagar Tal Fish Mandi Market 6 shops on the ground 9.29 square meters.
-8.57 square meters to 10.8 square meters at the market shops at the market located in the street dal market of Awa Maharaj.
-A shop 7.8 square meter on the shop ground located at Khurjewala Mohalla Marg.
-A shop on the shop floor located in Naugaja Road Disabled Market is 13.94 square meters.
