The incident of gang -rape of a 13 -year -old girl, a 13 -year -old girl near the district headquarters, has come to light. The three accused made the girl a victim of lust inside the victim’s mother’s shop. The police have registered a case against the two other accused, including the three accused who were raped, and arrested.
According to police, the incident took place late Monday evening. Borkuan resident class Chhati’s student was returning home with her mother after taking the exam. Meanwhile, Ajmer Rawat of Patel Falia of Borkuan came on a bike and asked both of them to walk to the village. Both mother and daughter sat on the bike. After this, Ajmer left both of them at the shop on the roadside in Borkua of the victim’s mother. After some time, the victim’s mother went to her house located behind the shop. Here Ajmer called his four friends Rahul Rawat, Arvind Rawat, Nilesh Rawat and Rakesh Rawat and three people threatened the girl. While two accused were sitting on a bike outside the shop and monitoring.
Due to the matter being serious, different teams of police searched all night and took all the accused into custody. Giving information about the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police Pradeep Patel said that crime has been registered against all the accused in various sections including the Paxo Act. Further investigation is being done by the police. At the same time, former state president of Congress Arun Yadav has also attacked the law and order of the government and the state by tweeting. Yadav wrote that the state is at number one in the case of atrocities on tribals and rape of a minor. In his tweet, he also demanded strict action against the accused.
