Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has termed the system of religion based reservation for contractors in unfair and condemnable by the Congress government of Karnataka. Describing it as part of the appeasement policy of the Congress, he strongly criticized and demanded the top leadership of the party to return the decision.
The Chief Minister said, “Making rules and provisions for the purpose of benefiting a particular religion in the democratic country shows the government’s decision to divide the society. He described it as part of the ideology of ‘Bharat Break’.
Targeting Congress
CM Yadav said that history is a witness that the Congress has always done politics to divide the society. This decision of the Government of Karnataka is an example of the same waste politics. He insisted, “The courts have not been able to stand in the court even before religion based reservation. He appealed to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge to return the decision of this appeasement by pressuring Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

The Karnataka government had recently decided to make provision for religion based reservation for contractors in government contracts, which the CM of Madhya Pradesh termed anti -constitution and dividing society. He says that this step not only indicates minority appeasement, but also weakens the principle of equality.

The Chief Minister reiterated the BJP’s commitment and said that his government is working for the welfare of all classes. Attacking the Congress, he said, “Congressmen talk about joints, but their decisions reflect the policy of breaking India.” This statement has further increased the political tension between the two parties.
