Even Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan were dropped from the T20 format. The responsibility of captaincy was also handed over to Salman Ali Aga, but the result still did not change. The condition of the Pakistan team is still the same as the Champions Trophy was in 2025. Pakistan has already lost in the first match after the Champions Trophy.
The first match of the five -match T20 International series between New Zealand and Pakistan was played in Christchurch. In this match, Pakistan’s team could not score 100 runs while batting first, while New Zealand achieved the target of 92 runs in the 11th over by losing one wicket. Pakistan’s team was all out on their third lowest score of T20 International cricket. Pakistan’s team scored 91 runs losing all their wickets. He was adjudged Player of the Match for this performance. However, Jacob Dafi also took 4 wickets, but he dismissed the tail batsmen. For the Kiwi team in batting, Tim Sifers scored 44 runs in 29 balls, while Finn Ellen scored 29 runs in 17 balls. Abrar Ahmed got one wicket for Pakistan.
