Two groups beaten up fiercely while playing Holi in Hotel Court -Mariat, case registered

In the Hotel Court -Mariat in the capital Raipur, there was a fierce fight between the youth amid the celebration of Holi on the previous day. More than half a dozen youths of 2 groups were present at the hotel court at 4 pm on Holi. These include Tushar Kundanani, Yash, Bharat Dhanecha, Dinesh, Mohit and Amar Sachdev, who live near Mova-Pandri Gurdwara. Due to forced color among these youths, the controversy arose and the dispute increased so much that they came down on the fight. After the assault, Tushar has lodged a report of the incident at Telibandha police station.

Tushar told in his complaint against Bharat, Mohit, Amar and Dinesh that they had all reached the hotel courtyard to celebrate Holi. Meanwhile, on applying color, these four abused Tushar and Yash and then attacked with a pipe.

Telibandha police station in -charge Narendra Mishra said that in the case, the police has filed an FIR under Section 296, 115 (2), 351 (2) of the Section Indian Code. Taking the statement of both sides, we have said to be legal action.
