Causes and prevention of kidney disorders
Excess intake of painkillers: Pain -reducing NSAID and analgesic drugs can damage the kidney due to excessive use. Do not consume them for a long time without the advice of a doctor.
Excess salt intake: Diet rich in high salt or sodium increases blood pressure and causes additional pressure on the kidney. Use herbs and spices instead of salt to enhance the taste of food.
Processed foods: Excessive processed foods have high sodium, sugar and unhealthy fats. This can increase the risk of kidney disease by up to 24%. Instead, adopt fresh and nutrient -rich foods.
Drinking less water: Due to lack of adequate amount of water in the body, the kidney does not exclude the toxins properly, which increases the risk of damage. Drink sufficient amount of water, especially in hot weather or on more physical activity.
lack of sleep: Good sleep is essential for complete health and smooth work of kidney. The sleeping cycle controls the work load of the kidney, causing balance to the body.
Excessive meat: Protein is necessary, but eating high amounts of meat can increase pressure on the kidney. Follow a balanced diet and keep in mind your protein requirements.
Eating excessive sugar: Excess sugar increases obesity, which increases the risk of high blood pressure and diabetes. These two are the main causes of kidney disease.
Smoking: Smoking is not only harmful for the heart and lungs but also for the kidney. Smokers are more likely to increase protein in urine, which may be a sign of kidney failure.
Excessive alcohol: Drinking more alcohol affects kidney functions, causing water balance in the body and increasing blood pressure, which is the main cause of kidney disease.
Passive lifestyle: Regular exercise can keep weight, blood pressure and cholesterol balanced, which helps to keep the kidneys healthy. Avoid sitting for a long time and make physical activity a part of your routine.
