Trump has addressed the outgoing PM Justin Trudeau of Canada as a governor. Trudeau has also expressed displeasure over Trump’s statement. Now Mark has also tried to respond to Trump.
59 -year -old Carney, who was a Governor of Bank of Canada and Bank of England, won the election to become the leader of the Liberal Party by securing more than 85 percent of the votes.
