The Madhya Pradesh Police has killed another Naxalite in the second encounter within 18 days. In Mandla district, the police force, Hakforce and Naxalites were encountered in the forest of Chimta in Kanha National Park at night.
Around eight o’clock in the night, a male Naxalite was killed by the police. According to IG Sanjay Kumar, a Naxalite has been killed in the firing between the force and the Naxalites in the forest. The police have recovered the body. The body could not be identified due to night.
Naxalites came to the village to take ration
Today it will be known in which dalam the Naxalite was active and how much reward it was on it. According to police sources, Naxalites came to the village to take ration, during which they were encountered by the police. The police have also arrested two other associates.

The search operation has been intensified due to the dense forest. Additional force has also been sent on the spot. 17 Naxalites killed in three years
The Balaghat police has got a big success in the last three years under the Naxal Abolition Campaign. The joint action of the police, Hakfors and CRPF has succeeded in killing a total of 17 Naxalites from August 2022 to 19 February 2025.
All of them were Naxalite prize and most of the hardcore. On February 19, the police killed four hardcore women Naxalites Asha, Sheela, Ranjita and Lakhe Madavi in an encounter in an encounter.
There was a reward of Rs 62 lakh on these four Naxalites. Since 2022, police have recovered three AK-47s in an encounter from near the Naxalites.
