Mohan government will give mega subsidy on opening hospitals in small towns

The Madhya Pradesh government has said to change the Health Investment Promotion Policy 2020 and implement it afresh to increase private investment in the health sector. Under this policy, a subsidy of up to Rs 20 crore will be available for opening new multi and super-specialty hospitals in small cities.

Not only this, the Mohan government will also give land at cheap prices to do this work and will also help additional if needed. This will improve health facilities in far-flung areas. Big cities like Bhopal, Indore are not involved in this policy.
Steps to improve health services

The Mohan Yadav government of Madhya Pradesh has formulated a new policy to improve health services. The name of this policy is the Health Investment Promotion Policy. Under this, if a private company opens new hospitals in small towns, then the government will give them a lot of help. This will enable people to get better treatment and they will not have to go to big cities. This policy will develop health services in the state and will also create new employment opportunities.
This is how subsidy will work

This subsidy will be available for a maximum of 100-bed multi-specialty hospitals and 50-bed super-specialty hospitals. This will apply to cities of B and C category. If a company invests more than Rs 75 crore, then it can get more discounts under CCIP. A subsidy of Rs 15 crore will be available for multi-specialty hospitals in B category districts and Rs 20 crore for C category. There is a provision of subsidy of Rs 12 crore in B category for Super-Specialty Hospital and Rs 16 crore in C category. This subsidy will be given in equal installments in 7 years.
