The difficulties of IAS officer and commissioner of Madhya Pradesh Lok Shikshan Institute, Shilpa Gupta have increased. In the case of the Captampt of Court, the Jabalpur High Court has issued a bailable arrest warrant against DPI Commissioner Shilpa Gupta. The High Court has directed Shilpa Gupta to appear in the court on March 23 with a compliance report. In fact, the Jabalpur High Court had ordered DPI Commissioner Shilpa Gupta to appoint the petitioners 4 months ago, but he did not even give his reply far away to follow this order of the court.
The High Court had ordered the appointment to the meritorious candidates of the reserved category in the Teacher Recruitment Examination according to their choice filling, but the Education Department retained them in the Tribal Welfare Department itself. In such a situation, the High Court heard the contempt petition filed by the candidates.
IAS Shilpa Gupta’s difficulties increased
The court was told that there are about 200 cases pending in the High Court against IAS Shilpa Gupta, which can be understood that she does not follow the court orders. In such a situation, the High Court showed strictness and issued a bailable arrest of 10 thousand rupees against DPI Commissioner Shilpa Gupta. The High Court has ordered Shilpa Gupta to attend the High Court on March 23 with the report of following the court order.
