Just 12+ hours a day to see your breath, just understand your mind and body without any response.

Seeing the same learning of Gautam Buddha, as he is really, and not as we want to see him. There is no dialogue in this journey. Neither phone, no books, nor writing, nor faced with no one. The first few days the brain runs, it is restless, but gradually time starts to stay. A strange peace begins to be born in the midst of every movement. Sisodia said that 75% of the people in the camp were 20-35 years old. When conversation on the last day, it was found that the race of success, tired life and inner restlessness have brought them on this path at such a young age.

His complaint was that in the education that made him worthy of this race of success, he would have taught the mantra to deal with this fatigue and these complications, then how happy the life of every educated person can be.
