The swearing -in ceremony of the newly elected Mayor and councilors of Municipal Corporation Chirmiri concluded
Work with determination to make Chirmiri Nagar a clean, beautiful, well-organized and prosperous city- Shyam Bihari Jaiswal Municipal Corporation, the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected mayor and councilors of Chirmiri, was performed grandly in the municipal office premises on Thursday. BJP state president Kiran Singh Dev, Cabinet Minister Ram Vichar Netam, Health Minister and Manendragarh MLA Shyam Bihari Jaiswal and many dignitaries were present at the ceremony. Collector of MCB district D. Rahul Venkat was also sworn in by 2 independent councilors including 27 BJP councilors including Mayor Ramnaresh Rai. At the same time, collector D. Rahul Venkat administered the oath to 11 councilors of Congress in the Nigam Sabha room.
Ward -wise oath was administered to the newly elected councilors. On this occasion, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal congratulated all the public representatives and said that the newly elected Mayor and Councilors will work with full devotion to fulfill the promises made in the Atal Vishwas letter. He said that everyone will have to work together towards making Chirmiri a clean, beautiful, well -organized and prosperous city. In this swearing -in ceremony of the fifth term of the Municipal Corporation, the district in -charge and Farmers Welfare Minister Ramvichar Netam was present as the chief guest, while BJP state president Kiran Singh Dev presided over the program. During this period, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Bharatpur-Sonhat MLA Renuka Singh, Baikunthpur MLA Bhaiyalal Rajwade, BJP MCB district president Champadevi Pavale, former President of Yoga Commission Sanjay Aggarwal, Mandal President Purushottam Sonkar and many BJP officials, activists, activists and district administration officials and employees were present.
