On the eighth day of the budget session of the assembly, MLA Bhavna Bohra questioned the gardener of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Patel Cooperative Sugar factory located in Pandaria Assembly. The MLA said that farmers have not received a sugarcane payment of 2023-24. Neither support price is being paid, nor bonus. On this, Speaker Dr. Raman Singh gave instructions to investigate all points with time -bound payment.
BJP MLA Bhavna Bohra raised the issue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cooperative Sugar factory in attention and said that the establishment of sugar factory in the area has increased employment opportunities. 8 thousand farmers sell sugarcane. There are 5-6 people in the family of every farmer. Farmers have not yet received sugarcane payment of 2023-24. Neither support price nor bonus is being paid.
The MLA said that there was a loan of 81 crore on the sugar factory, in return for which 121 crore has been imposed with interest. He demanded that the rate of interest should be reduced, along with the rate of crushing sugarcane is being given Rs 350, while the private company is being given Rs 450. He demanded that the sugar factory be given additional loans at a lower rate from the Cooperative Department, so that its economic crisis can be overcome.
Cooperative Minister Kedar Kashyap said that the government is serious on this. Action will be taken with the advice of experts to overcome economic crisis. The MLA said that the burden of mismanagement is falling on the farmers. BJP MLA Dharamjit Singh said, leaders go there and pressurize their people to give work. Send a high power committee and review it and work for the betterment of the sugar factory.
The minister said that soon they will arrange for payment of farmers, as well as fixing the system by forming a committee. MLA Ajay Chandrakar demanded the time period. The Speaker said, send a high power committee and make arrangements immediately. The minister said, will take action as soon as possible.

Protect this factory from mismanagement and assure not to sell it. The minister said that this factory was built in 2006. This situation has been created due to some mismanagement. Will work to improve it. Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh gave instructions to make a time -bound payment and said that the investigation should be done at the same point.
