The process of the seventh day of the Chhattisgarh assembly budget session is going on. During the Question Hour in the House, the matter of allocation of government land of Amalidih was heated. BJP MLA Dharamlal Kaushik raised this issue and questioned the government what was the reason for cancellation of the allocation of this land. Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma replied that this allocation was canceled due to changes in the rules.
During the Question Hour, BJP MLA Dharamlal Kaushik asked what is the reason for cancellation of land allocation?
Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma, while replying to this, said that the allocation was canceled due to change in the cabinet in the cabinet.
Dharamlal Kaushik asked that what was the market rate when the land allocation was canceled? The land of grazing cannot be allotted. 56 crore rupees were to be imposed but an amount of only 9 crore rupees was deposited. What action will be taken against what the officials worked in this way?
Responding to this, Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma said that the process of allotment of land was going on. The amount was not deducted. The government had canceled the allocation.
MLA Dharamlal Kaushik asked whose name is in the land record?
The Revenue Minister said that the allocation is done by the collector, when the amount is beaten. The allocation was canceled before depositing the amount. Land is recorded in the name of government in the record. Demand letter was not given by the collector.
BJP MLA Dharamlal Kaushik asked that the allotment process was wrong. What action will be taken on this? Will you chaos the government’s land? Will you do 56 crore land for 9 crore rupees?
Responding to this, the Revenue Minister said that the allocation was not done.
BJP MLA Kaushik asked that the government land has been monitored. This is not just a episode. The minister is making untrue statements in the House.
On which BJP MLA Motilal Sahu said that the land was canceled to Rama Buildcon on my own complaint, but in the reply given in the House, the land in the record is seen in the name of Buildcon.
Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma replied that it has been canceled.
