Government will fully support local bodies in all -round development of cities – Arun Saw


Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Administration and Development Minister Arun Saw today attended the swearing -in ceremony of the newly elected president and councilors of Bhatapara Municipality as the chief guest. Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma and MP Brijmohan Agrawal were also present at the ceremony as special guests. Additional Collector Abhishek Gupta administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected Municipality President Ashwani Sharma and councilors at a ceremony held at Nagar Bhavan in Bhatapara.

Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw, congratulating the newly elected president and councilors in the program, said that the people of Bhatapara have given a lot of affection and blessings to you. Development works in the city will have to be intensified to flourish their blessings. According to the aspirations of the townspeople, the city is to be beautiful, clean and convenient. The government will cooperate in every way to advance development works in Bhatapara.

Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma said in the program that the newly elected municipal president and all the councilors will work together to speed up the development of the city, they expect. MP Brijmohan Agrawal and former MLA Shivratan Sharma also addressed the function. Public representatives and dignitaries, including former Assembly Speaker Gaurishankar Aggarwal, former MLA Devji Bhai Patel and Dr. Sanam Jangde and President of Balodabazar Municipality, were present in a large number of swearing -in ceremony.
