Collector Harshal Pancholi gave instructions to the Chief Medical and Health Officer to provide the benefits of the services of the health department to all the citizens of the district in the earliest as soon as possible in the district hospital, so that people can get the benefit of proper medical services in primary health centers and sub -health centers as well. He said that telemedicine -related equipment should be purchased in the district hospital Anuppur and through video conferencing, the doctor should be connected to the sub -health center and primary health center and provided better medical services in the rural areas. For this, tablets should be provided with unlimited Wi-Fi at all sub-health centers and primary health centers. Collector Shri Harshal Pancholi was directing the officials in a review meeting of the time -term letters held in the Narmada Auditorium of the Collectorate Office today.

The Collector said that through the Public Service Center, people should be ensured to provide benefits of important notified services on priority basis. No public service case should be taken offline. He said that all officers should resolve pending cases of public service on seriousness. Penalty action will be taken against the officials concerned if the pending cases are not resolved in the deadline.

In the meeting, the Collector received the information about the recovery from the Chief Municipality and said that the Chief Municipal Officer should ensure the recovery of property tax and water tax seriously. He said that more and more cases should be sent to Lok Adalat. So that the government can get maximum revenue recovery and development works can be done. Similarly, the Collector gave instructions to the Chief Municipality officials to collect tax on heavy vehicles in the city. In the meeting, the Collector received information from the Assistant Commissioner Tribal Affairs Department regarding the smart class and directed that the equipment required for smart class should be purchased. He said that important content should also be provided to the students to provide quality education. Online smart class system should be activated.

In the meeting, the Collector received information from the concerned officials regarding the email ID to be made department-wise under the e-office system. On which it was told that by date, e-mail IDs of 14 departments have been formed and today the email ID of 7 departments will be formed. On which the collector said that all departments should shift to the e-office system by 31 March. All government work will now be through office system, which will bring transparency and suchita in government services and works. In the meeting, the Collector instructed the clerks of all departments to get training in relation to the e-office system.
In the meeting, the Collector instructed all the revenue officials to resolve the revenue cases on the basis of seriousness. Reviewing the use of budget allocation received from the state government under the financial year 2024-25, the Collector said that all departmental officers should ensure positive use by following the guidelines for the budget allocation received under the financial year 2024-25. He said that the month March of the financial year 2024-25 is the last month, he has instructed the withdrawal dispensing officers to ensure good use as per the requirement of budget allocation.
