Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Neeraj Mandloi reviewed the works of Public Works, Bridge Corporation and MPRDC

Additional Chief Secretary Neeraj Kumar Mandloi reviewed the prevailing and proposed works of Simhastha 2028 at the Collector Office Assembly House today. Reviewing the works of Public Works Department, Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation and Bridge Corporation and Electricity Department, instructions have been given that all the construction works which are to be completed in 2 years should be completed by June 2027, for this, all department officials should coordinate among themselves and there should be no stalemate. Division Commissioner Sanjay Gupta, Collector in -charge Mrs. Jayati Singh, and officials of other departments were present in the meeting held at the Collector Auditorium.

In the meeting, the Additional Chief Secretary has instructed all the officials of the construction agency to work by making an action plan to complete all the big works by June 2027, there will be no negligence in this, the responsibility of whatever officers are making its DPR will also be decided that if there is a problem in any work, then the concerned officials will have to take responsibility for it.

Reviewing in relation to the railway over bridge, instructions have been given that for this, the Chief Engineers of the Bridge Corporation will directly discuss with the senior officials of the railway and will also take care of the dynamics of the work according to the daily.

In the meeting, Divisional Commissioner Sanjay Gupta said that all the concerned construction agencies have been instructed to work coordinated and another four -lane bridge with the Hari Gate Bridge is proposed and a 24 -meter road has also been proposed from the railway station to the Shipra River.

In the meeting, the division Gupta informed that an underpass will be built from Hari Gate to Mahakal Lok, in which small vehicles and people on foot will have the facility to go directly. Along with this, Bridge Corporation has 5 railway overbridges and 13 other bridges are also being built, for this, instructions have also been given to work with coordination.

The Divisional Commissioner said that according to the instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, two lane road is proposed for Panchkoshi Marg. Five permanent camps will be specially organized in which toilets, food zones, changing rooms, rest rooms and casual chickens are also to be constructed. Along with this, arrangements have been made to plant both and widespread plantation of the road. The road from Baktakad Bridge to Dawood Khedi is also proposed. Along with this, ISBT bus stop is also proposed to be built.

Additional Chief Secretary directed Mandloi that for the ongoing construction work and proposed works for Ujjain Simhastha 2028, a separate system should be made for land acquisition so that no construction agency has problems and does not affect the speed of construction. Division Commissioner Gupta said that Rs 100 crore for this. An additional fund has been proposed to work.

The Additional Chief Secretary was told in the presentation that a 13 -km four -line bypass is also proposed to be constructed from Amla to Nalkheda in Agar Malwa district, which will provide the facility to go to Baglamukhi Mata Temple. The bypass of forelane from Pashupatinath to Nalachha Mata Temple in Mandsaur has also been proposed.

Additional Chief Secretary Mandloi ji has directed that a division of PWD and a subdivision of Bridge Corporation will be established in Ujjain in view of the construction work of Simhastha. Which will speed up the work and facilitate the completion of all construction works in a period of 2 years.

With this, it was told that the construction work of the Ujjain Indore Six Lane Road has started, on which the Additional Chief Secretary directed that along with the road safety, the surrounding vehicles should not climb directly on the road, it should also be arranged that it should be taken care of.

A presentation was also given for the Ujjain-Javra 98 km Greenfield route, which cost Rs. 5000 crores has been kept in it. It is 2029 crores.

The Ujjain-Maxi Fourlane route is 38 km which is proposed 16 meters wide and its cost is Rs. 273 crore has been kept.

The Ingoria-UNEHAL route which is 24 kilometers in length which is Rs. It will be constructed at a cost of 112 crores, the 2-lane route of 32 km is proposed to be built at a cost of Rs. 195 crore, the Ujjain Simhastha bypass Fourlane Road which is 19.82 km wide, which will be 17 meters wide. A cost of 701 crores has been kept.

The Additional Chief Secretary has instructed all the officers to coordinate the works at a rapid pace, if additional staff is required, then the department should correspond directly in relation to it so that the speed of the work is not affected and the work can be done at a rapid pace.

Apart from this, the Additional Chief Secretary also reviewed the arrangements of the Electricity Department and also saw the presentation of the Medicity, the Additional Chief Secretary expressed satisfaction on all the action plan and said that the above action plan is better and if it is completed on time, we will be able to make better connectivity in Simhastha 2028, they have instructed all the officers to work in a timely manner.
