The farmers of Madhya Pradesh have been made necessary to book slots to sell wheat. Wheat will not be procured from its farmers on the minimum support price (MSP). In such a situation, farmers should book a slot to sell wheat first so that wheat can be procured on MSP without any hassle.
This will facilitate the farmers, they will not have to wait to sell the crop in the market. They will be able to bring their crops in the market within the stipulated time. With this system, both the farmer and the procurement center will be saved and the purchase of wheat on the MSP will also be done in a systematic manner.
Purchase started from 1 March 2025 in Indore, Ujjain, Bhopal and Narmadapuram divisions
The government of Madhya Pradesh has started purchasing wheat on MSP in Indore, Ujjain, Bhopal and Narmadapuram divisions from 1 March 2025 today, which will continue till 18 April 2025. With this, the work of procurement of wheat on MSP in more divisions of the state will start from 17 March 2025, which will continue till 5 May 2025. The work of procurement of wheat in MP state will be done through procurement centers. In such a situation, farmers who have registered to sell wheat will be able to sell their produce by booking slots.
Slot booking is necessary to sell wheat
Under the provision of Rabi Equipment Policy 2025–26, farmers can book slot to sell wheat as per their convenience. Farmers should sell the crop online (pucca) bills within the next 7 days from the booking date. After the bill is released, the bill will not be made again on the portal.
The government will purchase the crop from the same farmers whose online slots will be booked. Farmers should not take their produce to procurement centers without slot booking. Registered farmers should take the wheat of good average quality (FAQ) to the procurement centers for the sale of wheat. Farmers should take their crops to the procurement center only after cleaning garbage, soil from home.
Farmers can book slot on the partal themselves
SMS will not be sent to farmers for wheat procurement. Farmers can book the date and time of wheat sales on MP e -reference parts themselves. Farmers can book slots for wheat procurement through their registered Android phones, Public Service Center, Kiosk Center of MP Online, Earning Center and Internet Cafe.
