Smart Meter Scheme is an ambitious scheme of the government, Western Region Power Distribution Company Indore has done a lot of good work in this area, the success of smart meter in the western region will be given to Jabalpur, Bhopal power company. Avinash Lavania, the ex -officio chairman of Madhya Pradesh Western Region Electricity Distribution Company and Managing Director of Power Management Company, said that soon smart meters will be installed in government offices, campuses, so that the power distribution system of government offices can be prepared.
In a meeting held on Thursday in the auditorium of the Western Region Electricity Distribution Company, Lavania said that the Indore region is ahead in every work, achieves success every time, the good works of Indore will be carried forward. He inquired about other works, services including consumer services, meeting, power supply, revenue collection, human resources, RDSS. MD Lavania said that the list of tests to be done from senior officials of smart meter ability should be given on the random basis from the headquarters. Lavania praised the features of smart meter to consumers by telling consumers through various publicity mediums and prompt action by the Smart Meter team against theft and irregularities. Lavania participated in the meeting of the board of directors of the Western Region Company, approved various proposals.
Anup Kumar Singh, Managing Director of West Company, informed about the efforts being made. During this period, the Board of Directors and Divisional Commissioner of Indore, Deepak Singh, Deputy Secretary of Finance Department, Rajiv Ranjan Meena, Dr. Prashant Salwan of IIM Indore, all made views on line and Director Technical Sachin Talewar, Chief General Manager Prakash Singh Chauhan, Director Gajra Mehta, Chief Minister Ravi Mishra, SL Karwadia, Chief Finance Officer Narendra Biwalkar, Company Secretary Aradhana Kulkarni. Chairman Avinash Lavania observed the Master Control Center of Smart Meter at Polyte and praised the efforts from the high technical level being made by the smart meter team to prevent the operation of consumer services, theft and regulations.
