Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Madhya Pradesh is rapidly entering a new era. Modern road infrastructure is ready to connect each corner of the state and bring economic growth to new heights. On the very first day of the Global Investor Summit Bhopal, our government has signed a historic agreement of Rs 1 lakh crore with the National Highway Authority. These MoUs will pave the way for construction and development of 4010 km long road projects in the state. This will make Madhya Pradesh not only the country, but also a major logistics and infrastructure hub of South Asia in the future.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that these agreements are not limited only to roads, but will prove to be the base pillar for the state’s economic development, industrial expansion, employment generation and better lifestyle. He said that when a state connects to a strong road network, there is also naturally the growth of trade, investment and industries. Our goal is to make Madhya Pradesh the most developed and modern state in India, and this agreement is an important step in the same direction.
Modern road projects that will shape the future of Madhya Pradesh
Many important road projects will be developed from these historical MoUs held in GIS-Bhopal. The MoU has been signed for strengthening of road infrastructure in GIS-Bhopal. These include Indore-Bhopal Greenfield High-speed Corridor, Bhopal-Jabalpur Greenfield High-Speed Corridor, Prayagraj-Jabalpur-Nagpur Corridor, Lakhnadoun-Raipur Expressway, Agra-Gwalior National Highway, Ujjain-Jhalawar National Highway, Indore Ring Road (West and East bypass), Jabalpur-Damoh National Highway, Satan-Damoh National Highway, Satan-Damoh Rashtriya Highway, Satan-Damoh National Highway, Satan-Damoh National Highway, Satan-Damoh Rash The highway, Rewa-Siddhi National Highway and a 4-lane bypass at the western end of Gwalior city. New road projects will not only connect Madhya Pradesh with national and international trade routes, but will also provide better connectivity to major cities of the state. This will reduce travel time, reduce the cost of logistics and goods transport, and will get new opportunities for agriculture, industry, tourism and business sectors.
Contribution to the economic development of the state
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that any state progresses only when there are strong infrastructure, skilled transport system and strong economic models available there. These agreements will accelerate the process of developing Madhya Pradesh as a new industrial and economic center. He said that when the roads are better, it will be easy for industries to reach their products to the market. This will establish new industries in Madhya Pradesh and will promote trade. Farmers will be able to bring their products fast to mandis and cities, which will give them better prices. There will be ease of reaching the tourist destinations of the state. This will also give new life to the tourism industry. Thousands of people will get direct and indirect employment under this project. Engineers, workers, technical experts and local entrepreneurs will benefit from it during road construction. New road projects will also promote logistics, hotels, restaurants and other businesses.
Time Bound Project: Commitment to complete time
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government is committed to implementing the projects fast and completing it on time. All these projects will be developed with world -class technology, sustainable construction processes and high quality standards. He said that these projects should be completed within the stipulated time limit by providing all necessary assistance to the National Highways Authority of India and the concerned departments. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the government is also promoting several infrastructure projects under the Public-Private Partnership Model, which will ensure speed and transparency in the implementation of projects.
Chief Center of Prime Minister Shri Modi’s “Developed India” mission
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is moving towards becoming a global infrastructure leader rapidly. Madhya Pradesh is going to become a major center of this scheme. The Prime Minister Shri Modi dreams of making India a $ 5 trillion economy. The MoU in GIS-Bhopal is an important initiative from the same point of view. After the completion of these projects, Madhya Pradesh will join states with the most modern and efficient transport system in the country.

A new era is starting with these historical agreements (MoU) in Madhya Pradesh. These projects will pave the way for a bright future to every citizen of the state.
