The administration has taken strict action for violating environmental safety rules during raw materials, products and waste transport in Raigad district. Regional Environment Officer Ankur Sahu said that the District Level Investigation Committee constituted during 15 to 21 February 2025 conducted intensive investigation into raw materials, products and waste transport vehicles in various areas including Chandrapur, Kodatarai, Hamirpur, Dhimrapur, Tamnar, Gharghoda and Palgadha.
