Bollywood’s ‘King Khan’ Shah Rukh is going to vacate his luxurious bungalow ‘Mannat’. It is reported that he will stay in a rented house with the family in Bandra for a few months. In the past, Shah Rukh has rented two luxury duplicies apartments in Pali Hill from Jackie Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha. Both these apartments are in the building called ‘Pooja Kasa’.
Mumbai -based Shah Rukh Khan’s house ‘Mannat’ is estimated at Rs 200 crore. This house of Bollywood’s biggest superstar is also very popular among tourists. Shah Rukh Khan and his family have been living in this famous bungalow for almost 25 years. A report by HT quoted sources as saying that renovation work is going to be done at a large level in ‘Mannet’ located in front of Bandra Bandstand.
Heritage property is ‘vow’, approved from court for renovation
The report said, ‘Renovation work in Mannat will start in May 2025 this year. In this, parts of the bungalow will also be extended. Shah Rukh Khan has also taken approval from the court for the bungalow’s extension. This bungalow of King Khan ‘vow’ actually falls under the category of ‘Grade III’ heritage property. In such a situation, it is necessary to get approval from the Court and Municipal Corporation (BMC) before making any changes in its structure.
Renovation in ‘Mannat’ will run for two months from two months
This renovation work can go on long. So Shah Rukh Khan will be shifted to a rented house for a few months with his wife Gauri Khan, daughter Suhana and sons Aryan, Abram. According to an estimate, the renovation of ‘Mannat’ will take at least two months.
Signed agreement signed on 14 February, will repay Rs 24.15 lakhs every month
Recently, the data analytic firm ‘Japki’ reported that Shah Rukh Khan’s company ‘Red Chillies’ has rented two duplex apartments in ‘Pooja Kasa’ Building of Pali Hill. The ‘Leave and License Agreement’ was signed on 14 February for both these apartments. The total fare of both apartments in the agreement is Rs 2.9 crore per year i.e. Rs 24.15 lakh per month. These apartments are from filmmaker and Rakul Preet Singh’s husband Jackie Bhagnani and his elder sister Deepshikha Deshmukh.
Shahrukh has taken 3 years of lease, fare total Rs 8.70 crore
The report also stated that Sharukh has tied up for 36 months with Jackie Bhagnani and Deepshikha. Shah Rukh Khan has leased both luxury duplications for three years and will pay a total rent of Rs 8.70 crore for this.
Shahrukh’s new address will be held on 7th and 8th floors
It is now being told that the office is also being set up from the stay of the Khan family in both duplications i.e. a total of four floor houses. Security of this bungalow will also be increased. The two dupa apartments that Shah Rukh have hired are on the seventh and eighth floor of the building.
